SMS Access for Bill Import and Financial Transaction Detection
With your explicit consent, HelaTrack accesses SMS messages on your device strictly to detect and import financial transaction messages such as bank alerts, withdrawal notifications, salary credits, and loan updates required to generate and categorize expense and income records.
We do not use SMS content for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
To protect your privacy:
- SMS access is requested only when you enable automatic bill import
- Only transaction-related SMS are processed
- Full SMS content is not retained longer than required for extraction
- You may revoke SMS permission at any time in device settings
If SMS permission is not granted, the app remains usable with manual entries.
